Our firm joined a dream team of subject matter experts to respond to a request for evidence of greenwashing practices from the European Supervisory Authorities in January 2023. The response we provided covered case studies, details on the concept of greenwashing, and some discussion on the infrastructure that surrounds and facilitates greenwashing, including a look at the ESG Rating space.
