We have prepared a submission in response to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s consultation on the future regulatory regime for ESG rating and data product providers in Singapore, in collaboration with The Credit Rating Research Initiative and the Greenwashing Research Project,
The report contains our responses to the specific questions posed by the consultation, but also highlights the key issues that need to be addressed by regulators committed to tackling greenwashing in the ESG rating sector, the regulatory options that regulators can consider, as well as our recommendations for Singapore.
