Ben is an industry leading transactional lawyer and an active leader in sustainable finance. He is a founder of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association and is the Hong Kong representative and member of the Steering Committee of the United Nations Financial Centres for Sustainability network.
He has more than 20 years of legal experience, with a focus in M&A, projects and financings. Ben has represented a broad range of clients (including SOEs, MNCs, PE, financial institutions and start-ups) on a diverse range of transactions including deals in excess of many USD billions.

Daniel is an industry leading expert in ESG ratings and managing greenwashing risk. He is also an Associate Professor in Law at the Aston University and Fulbright Scholar at NYU Stern Business School, as well as the founder of the Credit Rating Research Initiative and the Greenwashing Research Project. Specialising in credit rating agency regulation and financial regulation, he has advised on projects for the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, the Nigerian Government, and other organisations.
He has authored eight books and more than thirty articles on the role of credit rating agencies in responsible finance and ESG ratings.

Jessica has a combined background in sustainability and law, having graduated from a BSc in Environmental Management and Technology at HKUST. She has dived into sustainability solutions for a plethora of sectors including green buildings and retail and consumer, and is currently active in exploring impact investing and solutions in the circular economy space.
Jessica has legal experience in M&A transactions and commercial agreements, as well as real estate matters.
