Ben is an industry leading commercial lawyer, an active leader in sustainable finance and green fintech, and a thought leader in environmental markets and tokenization. He is the Hong Kong representative of the United Nations Financial Centres for Sustainability network.
Ben has more than 25 years of legal experience, with a focus in M&A, projects and financings, environmental markets, and asset tokenization. He has represented a broad range of clients (including SOEs, MNCs, PE, financial institutions, regulators, and start-ups) on a diverse range of matters.

Daniel is an industry leading expert in ESG ratings and managing greenwashing risk. He is also an Associate Professor in Law at the Aston University and Fulbright Scholar at NYU Stern Business School, as well as the founder of the Credit Rating Research Initiative and the Greenwashing Research Project. Specialising in credit rating agency regulation and financial regulation, he has advised on projects for the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, the Nigerian Government, and other organisations.

Jessica has a combined background in sustainability and law, having graduated from a BSc in Environmental Management and Technology at HKUST. She advises clients on a wide range of legal and technical matters relating to sustainability, including asset tokenization, carbon markets, M&A and ESG regulations.
Jessica is passionate about developing innovative sustainability solutions for clients and has worked on pioneering projects in green fintech and carbon markets. She has delved into decarbonization solutions for sectors including green buildings and retail and consumer.

Angela has a corporate law background with a focus on capital markets and financing transactions. Her expertise extends to providing guidance to corporates on ESG disclosures under both the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Global Reporting Initiative regimes. She maintains a strong interest in impact investing and sustainable finance.

Jon is a finance and derivatives lawyer with 20 years of post-qualification experience and has worked at major international law firms and global investment banks such as Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Citibank.
Having a truly global experience set having worked in Australia, London and Hong Kong, Jon has strong legal, compliance and product experience and the ability to innovate and provide bespoke solutions on products such as funds, derivatives, web 3.0, digital assets and fintech.
