Ben McQuhae & Co, in collaboration with The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (the Institute), has issued a guidance note on ‘Greenwashing:A Corporate Strategy for Sustainability Credibility’.
The guidance note discusses the increasing severity of greenwashing risk, the need for director oversight, how to navigate the global regulatory landscape that is emerging to tackle greenwashing, and other practical governance issues for managing and mitigating related risks.
