RWA tokenization is all the rage. Tokenization structure and token design determine investor rights in respect of the underlying asset and vis-a-vis the issuer. Because structures and designs vary greatly, investors should inform themselves of the digital asset, the token issuer, the underlying asset and the tokenization platform to ensure adequate investor protections are in place.
